We'll carefully set your beans aside and monitor them until they reach the ideal moisture level. Then you can choose to receive them as green beans for home roasting or let us roast them to perfection for you.

Experience the wild side of Hacienda La Tradición with our most immersive outdoor adventure. The CRAFT Adventure takes you beyond the coffee fields and into Puerto Rico's untouched mountain landscape, where hidden waterfalls, crystal-clear rivers, bamboo forests, and lush jungle trails await.
Your experience begins at our coffee shop, where you'll enjoy a freshly brewed cup of our farm-grown coffee before gearing up for your adventure. Guests receive a hiking backpack with a thermos of our Farm Blend coffee, a seasonal snack or fresh fruit to enjoy during the hike.
Choose from three unique routes designed for different adventure levels—from relaxing by secluded waterfalls to trekking through mountain creeks or tackling our ultimate four-hour expedition.
Whether you're looking to swim beneath waterfalls, enjoy coffee surrounded by nature, or challenge yourself on rugged mountain trails, The CRAFT Adventure offers an unforgettable experience deep within our private coffee farm.

As part of our Bloom & Grow season, you’ll witness the full life cycle of a coffee tree — from delicate blossoms to ripening red cherries — all while learning about sustainable coffee farming and our artisanal “tree to cup” process.
